KOS Twin Flapper Check Valve

Application

Run in coiled tubing, the valve closes and holds pressure from below the valve in case of reverse flow. The valve re-opens when back pressure from above the valve exceeds the one from below.

Design

The check valve consists of a valve body, two subs, hold-downs, twin flapper, seats, springs and O-rings. Due to its fewer components, the valve is low-maintenance.
