Straight blade window mill is designed for cleaning up a window in cased hole during sidetracking and milling away undersized section of casing during well intervention. 

Design

Straight blade taper mill consists of a body made of heavy-duty alloy steel and cutting-grinding braze of crushed tungsten carbide in nickel/brass matrix.
It has thread connection at the upper part, and circulation ports at the bottom end and taper flanks for more efficient cooling and intensive removal of cuttings.
Strips of cutting-grinding braze are located on taper and cylindriс surface of the body. 
The mill is available in right- and left-hand configurations.
